Registration:
How can I register for ISDC® 2023?
You can register online by visiting the Registration Page.
You can also register onsite starting on Wednesday, May 24, but it will be more expensive.
Plus some meal events and tours may be sold out or cut off by then.
When can I sign up for meals and do you offer Kosher or vegetarian dishes?
Every effort will be made to accommodate the following: Kosher, vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-free meal requests. However, we cannot guarantee that all situations can be accommodated. There are no refunds for meals and no substitutions after the meal ordering cut-off date (anticipated to be the morning of May 15, 2023).

There is a vegetarian option for each meal event.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the Kosher, vegan, and allergy-free meal requests.
However, we cannot guarantee that all situations can be accommodated.
What forms of payment can I use to register for ISDC®?
The following payment methods are accepted:
Online Registration: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express via PayPal.
Will I receive my badge prior to ISDC®?
No, all pre-registered attendees can pick up their badges at the Registration Desk on-site at the hotel during regular conference operation hours.
What do I need to prove that I have already registered?
An email confirmation will be sent upon completing the registration process. Save this email and/or print it. This will be shown to the Registration Desk.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email or fax. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing.
Before May 1: Full refund
Between May 1 and May 16: 50% refund (partial) or 100% applied to next ISDC
After May 16: No refund
When and where does registration open onsite?
Registration will open at the Convention Center on Wednesday, May 24. Pre-registered guests will be able to pick up their badges and registration materials on Tuesday evening if they arrive early.

On which days will the Exhibit Hall be open?
The Exhibit area will be open for set-up after 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 24 and at 8:00 am on Thursday, May 25 and all Exhibits must be removed by 9:00 pm on Sunday, My 28. Exhibit hours will be Thursday through Sunday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Friday through Sunday there will be an open reception from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

What is the official ISDC® 2023 Hotel?
NSS has negotiated a special rate at the Embassy Suites.
How can I make hotel reservations for ISDC® 2023?

Please note that after May 8, 2023 there is no guarantee that hotel rooms will be at available at the reduced conference rate.
Parking at the Embassy Suite Hotel and Convention Center
There will be a charge of $10.00 for guests’ overnight self-parking and a charge of $5.00 per day for up to 12 hours. Valet parking is available for the prevailing rates.
Airport to the Embassy Suites Hotel and Convention Center
If you need to fly to Texas to attend ISDC and you haven’t discovered it yet you will… there is no convenient public/mass transit or hotel transportation available from either of the Dallas area airports to the conference venue. Uber, Lyft, SuperShuttle, taxi or even renting a car are your options. The Dallas/Fort Worth airport (DFW) is about a 25-minute drive to the Embassy Suites hotel in Frisco. There is a tram-to-bus-to-taxi route that can get you there more economically, but travel time would be at least a couple of hours.
