Life Support in Space: What will it take to support Life in Space? What are all the areas that need to be explored to accomplish a safe, comfortable and diverse life in Space, not just for people, but also for animals, fish, insects? What are the problems that need to be solved? How will they be solved and when? What has to be invented and deployed in Space to Support Life in Space Suits, in Spaceships, on Planets? What have we learned on Earth that can be valuable in Space? This track aims to answer these questions.

Robin Hawk has over 40 years of experience in multidisciplinary R&D of advanced technology. An inventor, former pediatric nurse and event producer, she has been a speaker, producer or moderator at conferences Worldwide. She was one of the original pioneers of HDTV, best known for her development of the “Theater Network” concept of end to end fiber optic networks to motion picture theaters and large screen laser image display systems. She worked with Nobel Prize Winning Physicist John L. Hall and was a partner of the late Stanley Durwood, founder of AMC Theaters. She was an early protégé of Masao Sugimoto, the creator of the first MUSE analog HDTV system in Japan. In the quest for light sources and enablers, she became a co-inventor of light sources and is the inventor of advanced integrations of near Solid State Photobioreactor Systems, 3D Solar technology, Energy Systems, Water treatment systems, Regenerative Agriculture and more. Robin Hawk is now engaged in helping to save life on Earth, Earth Justice, and enabling Space exploration. With her husband Dan Hawk, she is the co-founder of Galxyz LLC.
