ISDC® 2023 Invitation Letter Request Forms

Thank you for your interest in visiting the United States to attend the 2023 International Space Development Conference® (ISDC®) and related activities. The National Space Society can provide a letter of invitation for you to visit the U.S. for visits of 3 months or less. This letter can be presented at your U.S. Embassy or Consulate to support your request for a B-2 visitor (tourist) visa.

Please select and fill out the appropriate form below. Use the first form for anyone contest related. Use the second form for all other invitation letter requests. Once your request is approved, you will receive an email message with your letter of invitation attached as a PDF file, which you should then print to take to the Embassy or Consulate.

Please be sure that you have a valid passport. If you do not have a valid passport, you will not be able to obtain a visa; therefore you should apply for a passport immediately.

U.S. State Department Update on Worldwide Visa Operations

For Those Navigating Long Interview Wait Times

Our goal is to provide a visa interview for every applicant who requires one, worldwide, in a reasonable timeframe.  Although our processing capacity is rebounding faster than projected, we know that visa applicants still face lengthy wait times at some embassies and consulates.  We urge any visa applicant who can travel to another embassy or consulate with shorter wait times to consider doing so.  There is no penalty for applying anywhere appointments are available, even outside your home country.  For the latest information about wait times, see https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas.html.
